I forget who does the bot... spydee? n0b?

When it picks random captains, can you enter a line of code so it picks people with an avg pick greater than 3? 3.5?

4.5 imo. some pugs are pretty bad. also, 4.5 isn't really that awful of an avg pick

either that or make it so the difference between the two captains isn't more than 2? 2.5? 3? picks

Here is the solution, make the first captain random and the second captain the person in the pug with the closest average pick to the first captain.
