I got the demo to play, It is probably because he is using a custom announcer file, this demo problem happens all the time on the |uk| servers, since it was upgraded to newnet.

This is some jokes. Vatiko doesn't cheat. There are more suspicious players currently allowed to play that hit more ridiculous shots than this guy. If you reference that stat link, it shows JYB shooting more people than Vatiko. Clearly teams were stacked if you look at the frag discrepancy.
