It's more similar to, wanting to eat your banana but not wanting to peel it first. Sonic knows what I'm talkin' bout

The captains thing isn't much of a problem. I mean, it used to be totally random, and the current solution is fine by comparison. Not that there's anything wrong with improving it, but it's not something worth losing sleep over.

There's usually an admin around to .reset, and when there's not, the stronger capt has to be a real asshole to make teams really bad. In extreme cases, this should be ban worthy. However, QQing over somewhat lopsided teams is stupid. I understand that some players pug purely for fun and not for real practice, but it's impossible to become a better player without facing adverse circumstances sometimes.

You know what's a real problem? People screwing around / not trying, or deadpugging because they don't like teams or whatever. When you're dealing with big babies, you can't let them have their way. Show em who's boss, and they might shit on the carpet a few times in the learning process, but they'll catch on at some point.
