Make the game type such that only people with voice in the channel can pug and then de-voice people who don't use a mic.

rule3: TeamSpeak3 is required: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads A player may lose playing priviledges in the channel for refusing to use TS. Mic is not required however you should state in your name if you do not intend on using one.

also pls make a ictf pug with players that hit 40acc+ with mic, another one with 30acc+ with mic and 20acc- with mic, same thing for nomic pls (eff. version could work too)

There's absolutely nothing difficult about enforcing a 2 nomic per pug rule. There are only about 5 people who consistently nomic. Tell them explicitly what is expected. Ban them if they don't comply. All it takes is irc logs to show 3 nomics. Easy.

The other 6+ players in the pug can pm N admin or drop a copy paste in ipugbans. Takes no effort from admins. Wouldn't feel guilty at all for people breaking the rules. The other day there were 4 nomics sitting in an sdom pug and it never filled. Good job.

Sauron, I'm not talking about having more than two players with the nomic tag. I'm talking about people that have mics that are just as useless. They choose to not say anything. You can't force people to talk. Who will police the words per map that people say?
