as for game settings, in cs go they are pretty much the same lol won't change shit..and i can't really help you there.. you can build/choose your xhair from here tho

i rarely do that because most ppl will prefire or have their crosshair on the bomb, so i usually move a little to the right in other to get a clear shot. But seems like a good tactic with an awp
