I believe this is the first time anyone's pulled this off in a pug. Featuring Crunk (the booster) and myself (the boostee):

The comments about the music were anticipated. It is funny how vocal some people can be about their dislike for the heavy stuff. Manly men, I say! Ironically enough though 99% of the time, metalheads are way more chill and generally have more integrity than those who prefer less aggressive music.

Shots you know nothing about any music I like don't kid yourself. And Tim that' 99% thing is pretty biased.

I agree I never had a problem with metal heads. That wasn't the issue here. The issue is my extreme dislike for the music itself lol

I love metal. The stuff in that video is emo/screamo "nu-metal", and it's far from heavy. It sounds like linkin park, but much worse.

No offense intended, but damn, that's peanuts compared to the sum total of what vitz has posted in the music thread.

No one pulls that boost off because most of the time it is completely infeasible to leave high with cover still alive...and the openness of high mid decreases life expectancy up there quite a bit.

:P

Dat breakdown at 0:33 in my vid is nasty doe. Comparing it to the likes of Linkin Park or any of those bands in risus's vid is a perfect display of ignorance. There are very few similarities. If you can't follow the instrumentation as a whole (instead of focusing on just 1 or 2 pieces) and appreciate the feel of it or if it just sounds like noise to you, then we're definitely operating on different levels musically. Or if you are able to follow it but you can't feel it, you might as well cut your balls off because they clearly aren't working.

Here friends, have some actual metal. Featuring a 60 year old Halford, the man who invented the metal singing style:

PS. If you guys like this, let me know and I can make a thread of stuff that will amaze your ears :D
