i totaly believe him, i mean the fact that he had friends over and they installed a hook is a good excuse in my eyes.
Best solution in this case would be an unban and give him admin in GU for this horrible misunderstanding.

Stopped reading at that point. It's always the brother(s) or friend(s). To be original, you need to mention your granny downloaded it and went online. And did they happen to load UT immediately upon arrival? We need to go deeper. Also, how come they didn't know "shit" about the game and went ahead by downloading a hook that eventually worked? We need to go deeper. Much, much deeper.
