Europe vs. ROW - Part 2: Captains

A lot of people were interested in playing this one amazing match up so I've decided to take it further.
What's going to happen now, is if there's enough interest in this next part then we shall begin setting it up.

First of all we're going to search for captains of each side. Obviously Europeans can only vote for Europeans and vice versa.

Secondly, based on the amount of votes will give you your captain.

Tournament format will be:

5v5 iCTFzp with iPug maplist
Captains can only have a 7 man team. More would result in people not getting a game and less would not guarantee a lineup.
Best of 7 maps (First to 4 map wins)
If a tie 3-3 in maps, a decider will be chosen by map elimination. For example: ALL maps will be up for selection. Based on the number of captures, the leading team on captures decides who goes first. This could take a long while because of the current maplist we have at iPug but it adds to the interest.

North America vs. Europe. I doubt that the world will be using any of our Asian, South American or African contingency. Frodo screwed it up for Oceania.

I'd be interested in playing a game like this. I'm not sure if my skill has been up to par lately but I would still captain.
