Test cups were organized by a non UT-player admin and fresh admin with no clue what ESL can do. That was the problem.
I'm aware it's summer now and I didn't vote for summer cups

About pugs, I don't know why they do it. Imo there should be some central competitive UT headquarters to maintain all of those so they work as one
