Seriously... that's like asking him to go and make Doom 5
The reason he's mentioned a single gun is that modding OT over will need changes to many aspects, starting with shock/ig as the only modded weapons and then trying to do the rest afterwards seems like a reasonable start, at least then the mod can be played and tested in the other areas like physics and movement
At least, i assume that's what he means
Maybe he's just lazy
