Official statement regarding Creek

Unfortunately this is another cheat announcement.
Creek (who was also known as Woody7, Melissa, etc.) who apparently, like many other cheaters, must have been fed up with very average performances and resorted to cheetz.
As already noted by others, he had an incredible skill increase - from being below average to possibly the 2nd or 3rd best player in sDOM?.
(I'd like to add that once upon a time, (pre cheats)... and he used to still be ). Then, as if by magic, he suddenly turned into some sort of sDOM God, owning the likes of heavy fraggers and sDOM veterans such as JYB, Monk, spydee, PACO, Sonic, Ravonix, Cromaniac, NUKE, Sens, MP^5 and pulip overnight. Basically everyone. He doesn't have the highest acc, but that's cause he spams shots. I could post many stats pages, but am I bothered? No. You all know whassup.
According to Creek himself, this skill increase was cause he got a new PC and thanks to his high sensitivity. I can confirm that he has a new PC and high sensitivity. But I can also confirm that he was also guilty of using trigger and aim assist.
I'd like to thank everyone who alerted us about Creek, took time to point out what was dodgy and especially those of you who have contributed in terms of looking through demos and making your own clippings - your help was really appreciated by the anti cheat team members and myself. I hope you'll continue to prove as insightful in future investigations.

Yes, why not. Most of you have already seen the demos anyway as they were publically available throughout (most of your submitted clippings were from that) and I doubt theres any lesson for a cheater to be learned here, except how to be a blatant one.
Q: Can Creek appeal the ban?
No.

ulo and I have decided to choose the fairest possible option, for Rev, his team mates and opposing teams:
- Naturally Creek is removed from the league effective immediately. He will be replaced with the highest available free agent (who is not a mercenary) of equal of lower value than Creek (to be decided by Rev).
- Any maps Creek played, where the map was lost - possibly due to Creek cheating - are allowed to be replayed. The captains of these losing teams (Monk, RickJames and Miracle to be precise) are allowed to request a rematch. If they wish to replay the maps must make this known to both Rev and ulo/me.
(Miracle said he didn't want a replay, as he was satisfied with the outcome so props to you for being a good sport).
We prefer to see the replays taking place on Sundays since this is the usual match day. Your free to reschedule the games/maps to any time before/between/after normal game times or at one of the normal game time slots if it fits both.
However if any of the captains are found being unsportsmanlike in their behaviour in regards to finding a time for the replayed game/map they will receive a forfeit loss from it. If both captains fail to be sportsmanship like in their behaviour both teams will receive a forfeit.
(In conclusion don't be stupid and a douche bag towards other captains or players).
We are sorry for the inconvenience this creates and hope the situation can be solved as good as possible for all parts.
All replayed games needs to be played before first development game time slot on week 5. This to make sure that all teams know the stakes going into last group stage week.
Q: Why can these be replayed - i.e. it's different than when SolidSnake got banned?
Because when Solid got banned, it was unfortunately already at the end of the group stages, so impossible to replay all matches played in time for playoffs. As there is now still time to replay the matches in question, we have decided that would be fairer.
