Good stuff updating us on your progress. The work you are doing is nothing short of spectacular. In the next few weeks, I will be running a 100 man KOTR (will open signups this weekend) and the Global.iCTF II season will be starting up again in Mid-October. The most glaring bugs remaining for IG are: demos (although I haven't crashed in a week?), feigning and the invisible walls that sometimes don't dissolve (have only hit them once). UTPM will be used in both competitions, zp just went the way of the dodo.

I just find it incredible that roughly 70% of the community complained about DS so it was changed to fit "acceptable league standards" but 95% of the community hates suiciding 30+ times on EC2 but it's considered within league standards. map is fucking garbage, remove ec2

95% of the community? 100% of csn's stats are made up.

let me summarize:

i don't bitch about it, i just point out some blaring-ly ridiculous facts about the amounts of suicides.

Everyone complains about the backroom spawns when they're back there spawning/suiciding 10 times in a row.

I like ec2.

i prefer to have 30000 suicides and catch defenders spawning behind me than a lamefest and fallback on mid because theres less spawns in the back anymore. i dont like caves particulary and its very frustrating for attackers but changing the spawns will fuck everything up, im telling u. Besides its rly to cap on caves with such hard conditions, either remove the map or let the spawns be IMO.

And DS changes were minimal, no spawns were changed and the gameflow remains the same, only difference is that we can see 2 pixels models instead of 1 microscopical pixel :lol:

unwillingness to try it in CTF and poopoo'ing it before it's even implementing is poor form paco.

All we need a mod that makes sure Magma doesn't get the best spawn imaginable every time.

I've noticed a few others in the community get incredible spawn points like Magma..as in almost on top of you when you are carrying the flag, and it happens repeatedly throughout the pug. I just assumed it was bad luck on my part, cause I've spawned on a few FC's over the years too..but never at the rate some of these people are almost every pug. Is it possible to alter spawns from the client side? :?
