I wouldn't go so far as to call it a disgrace -- it is still a site that provides a league format/system that enables everyone a different means to the UT madness. The hardest part was always finding committed individuals to run leagues.

In spite of what everyone thinks, there are very few, if any, unbiased and unaligned individuals in this community. Those in power always do what they can and try and do what is right, but those not in power are always quick to judge and toss blame. I'd still be interested in league play if there was a committed group of admins.
