PC lag issues?

Are there any ini tweaks or tricks to help my PC run a bit smoother while running UT? I have been experiencing a lot of choppiness lately especially when fighting multiple opponents. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the performance is more important than the graphics for you, use low textures, d3d9 and use 16bit colors.
