Need help with crosshair

Hi all!
I need your help with making xhair. Some years ago I created few and everything was ok, but now my UnrealED doesn't work properly. When I try import a .pcx - the new textture looks like a bullshit. And exporting files doesn't work at all.

Here my crosshair image, plz somebody make a proper .utx (and check if the 'dot' in right place, edit if needed!)
If anyone would tell me in what pack I can find similar xhairs - would be great also!
