UT Demo manager Problem

As requested by admins, I need to record demo when pugging.

I have ut chiken edition 3, ut demo manager is suppose to be included, I dont see it in the ut menu tool bar, I dled ut demo 3.3 and extracted the files into system folder and also changed the demo line in ut.ini, I still dont see the ut demo manager in the main menu, any suggestion ?
