#9 There will be two maps, player. The first chosen by Blue and the second chosen by Red. Eligible maps will be in the MapVote. Whichever team chooses the map, the other team has the option to choose the other color if they desire. Both parties can agree to a tiebreaker however it is not mandatory.

PACO & Kud both have said anything goes if it's in the maplist and it's not a beta map.

Considering bleak and a couple other maps are frequently picked, id say its any map on the list, nonbeta.

basically a map was picked scandi which the other team didnt want to play, its in the map list but not a league map as the season is still on going. said team wouldnt click in and then in irc paco said if its in the map list its pickable. that isnt what rain is saying tho... they clicked in as they could have been banned if paco version is correct.. i have been in many pugs since the season started which maps were veto'ed because of the above..

I've clarified it 100x in writing on the forums (in multiple posts), on IRC, on streams and in-game. The actual rule was that all maps (not beta), are eligible to be picked and one of the concessions for removing Spirit/Scandi was that they would be eligible in pugs. The league maplist thing goes back to MLIG and was not implemented here despite having maps sync up nearly perfectly. Some maps are not fit for competition but are more than okay to pug.

However since I had to make this post, Scandi is now outlawed unless both captains agree.. until the end of this season.

Can bleak be outlawed too? Senad put on a shameful display dming on offense earlier today on it.

on pugs common sense dictates you pick league maps, however, despite my disliking, non-league maps were played on pugs. Always been like that lol
