Congratulations to vitrae for winning the KOTR Tournament! I knew you could do it!

I take the opportunity to show bits of my amazing comeback from 10th to 5th on round 2 (Viridian) granting a qualification for round 3
(4:30 remaining and still on 10th)

- the wake up call (still on 10th)
- fighting for 9th place
- ow shit, is that a trigger?
- the turnaround (9th to 5th)
- sealing the spot! and hitting impossible shots..

Congrats to vitz! and thanks for everyone else who played, all the admins, mr.grinz for an awesome cast! and all the other people who were hanging out and watching.

This KOTR showed some of the best fraggers doing what they do best. It was an intense few minutes there toward the end of the finals, you guys put on a great show!

really a great job by streamers casters and admins
for sure wasnt easy to run a tournament with 100+ players
getting pmed with ip and heats without doing anything was also a very nice service

hey !

im sure paco is going to do a big post shortly but just wanted to do few shoutsouts from my perspective of the tournament.

ok before hand i didnt think ti would be so stressful! the first 2 rounds were a marathon and we had a few hitches like a server dying on us but overall i think it went pretty well.. sorry theres was abit of a wait and delay on the earlier rounds .. for sure moved as fast as possible ..next time will be even better though!
people who deserve huge shoutouts to make this amazing tourny possible imo :

paco ..for all these cool ideas and concepts ..keeping this whole community running !!
n0b guy is amazing fixes any problem and did so much behind the scenes to make the tourny happen
mrgrins ..wut a leg end .. he had like 75-100 people entertained for 5 hrs on stream !
chica ..not many people know her but she did alot of awesome grapphics and css stuff for the kotr tourny and for the new improced ictf season
kud vitz rummy ingela kyaxis dewsick for helping get all the heats running as fast as possible

and VITZ AGAIN FOR WINNING
and the german machines on great performances

Here's the screenshot of my 1st round heat. I knew I would advance first round, so my plan was to slack off and save my mental effort for the later rounds. Unfortunately, I had to leave before the 2nd round could start, due to the long delay. Sorry for leaving early, PACO, and I appreciate the effort you guys put into this. Seeing 100 players watching the stream of a 100+ player tournament was inspiring.

I was surprised more than 100 people turned up, having a tournament that big in a 13 year old game, and it being run that good was brilliant . Hopefully stuff like this and newnet will bring back players to ut again.
