an instant error like that means it cant find a file. prolly the render files. either my ini does not point to the right d3d9 driver location or something like that. ill look later when im home.

If I were you I'd do the following:
1. Uninstall video card drivers. Reboot. Install video card drivers.
2. Test fullscreen and windowed mode
3. Reinstall openglr UT dlls/ini settings (follow the read me). Use opengl
4. Test fullscreen and windowed mode
5. Reinstall d3d9 UT dlls/ini settings (follow the read me). Use d3d9
6. Test fullscreen and windowed mode
7. Download fresh chicken UT and run
8. Post errors to ACE forum


What resolution are you running UT at?
Also, run dxdiag and put on http://pastebin.com/ and post in a topic that isn't this one.

i dont know if its just me but i never get bounced shots anymore .. maybe 1 or 2 every 10maps which is fine ..

the spawn stutters i get sometimes which annoys a little bit yeh:<

the ping is just routing or ur connection :<

and shotlag? it is emulating 0ping now :)

1. I get a high amount of bounced shots, at least 10% bounce most games.( that may be related to how crap my net is tho) but its more or less ok in zp servers.

2. When i am near a mover, or a step i sometimes skip/warp, same when i spawn.

emulating 0 ping doesn't mean opponents die instantly.
You still have your ping. But you can shoot where the opponent is and they die. You don't have to preaim.

But seriously...

Try raising your netspeed to at least 15000 (the year is 2012, folks) and turn high performance mode on in ACE by typing "mutate ace highperftoggle" in console (you'll have to reconnect for the change to take effect).

I just played with the newest version of NewNet and I didn't notice any bounce shots, hope it continues :)
